You’ll architect and deploy AI-powered GTM workflows, optimize territory design, and drive forecast accuracy in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS environment. This is a hands-on GTM Engineer role for someone who thrives on building and optimizing RevOps systems using Salesforce, Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, and more. ❖ What You’ll Do - Lead and optimize the entire revenue operations function, including pipeline management, quota setting, deals desk, and GTM process discipline - Redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff logic to support SecurityScorecard’s evolution into a multi-product solutions platform - Build and maintain high-quality data systems in Salesforce, ensuring real-time insights and accountability - Architect agentic GTM workflows using Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and supporting tools, driving user adoption and technical excellence - Develop AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and outbound triggers leveraging SecurityScorecard’s threat intelligence - Own revenue forecasting methodology with proven accuracy, delivering executive-level reporting and actionable insights - Manage the full GTM tech stack and data architecture, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, and automation tools like n8n and Zapier - Drive adoption of self-service analytics and customer insights platforms to empower the revenue team ❖ Key Skills & Tools - Revenue Operations leadership in B2B SaaS - GTM Engineer experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Agentforce, Claude/LLMs, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight - AI-native workflow design and implementation - Forecasting, analytics, and executive reporting - Data architecture and process automation - Experience with cold outbound, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft is a plus ❖ Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more. The estimated total compensation range for this Head of Revenue Operations role is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus), with eligibility for annual performance-based incentives and equity.
