Our patented technology empowers organizations to proactively manage cyber risk, and our culture is built on innovation, diversity, and excellence. ❖ The Opportunity: Revenue Operations Leadership As Revenue Operations Leader, you will own the full lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll optimize territory design, pipeline management, quota setting, deals desk, and GTM process discipline at scale. You’ll redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff logic as SecurityScorecard evolves from a ratings company to a multi-product solutions platform. Your expertise in Salesforce, GTM engineering, and AI-native workflows will be critical as you build alerting and accountability systems to ensure data quality and drive actionable insights. ❖ AI-Native GTM Engineering You’ll architect and deploy agentic GTM workflows using Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and other leading tools. As a hands-on GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS, you’ll lead the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap, focusing on AI prospecting and quoting. You’ll build AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and outbound triggers leveraging SecurityScorecard’s threat intelligence. Your judgment in choosing between scrappy AI tools and out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions will be essential. ❖ Forecasting, Analytics & Executive Reporting You will own the revenue forecast methodology, delivering proven accuracy and building trust with the executive team and board. Automate real-time GTM pulse reporting for leadership, drive weekly CRO pipeline reviews, and manage monthly CFO revenue reporting. You’ll communicate GTM performance, forecast risk, and course corrections to the senior leadership team. ❖ GTM Tech Stack & Data Architecture Take ownership of SecurityScorecard’s revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, and more. You’ll manage Salesforce as the system of record, cultivate Snowflake as the data warehouse for GTM intelligence, and drive Tableau adoption for self-service analytics.
