If you’re passionate about building AI-powered sales systems from the ground up and want to shape the future of go-to-market strategy, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. ❖ The Opportunity CloudWalk is seeking an AI-native builder to architect and launch an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents. This is not a traditional Sales, SDR, RevOps, or AI consulting role. You’ll design and implement a scalable, repeatable, and measurable acquisition channel for SMB merchants—leveraging AI agents, Python, SQL, and deep customer insights. Your work will span data ingestion, lead enrichment, outreach, qualification, human handoff, and continuous learning loops. ❖ What You’ll Be Doing - Build and optimize AI agent workflows for outbound sales, including lead qualification, outreach, response handling, and human-in-the-loop handoff - Integrate data enrichment, lead scoring, campaign queues, CRM workflows, and feedback loops into a seamless operating system - Use Python, SQL, and APIs to develop tools, automations, and integrations - Analyze BigQuery and CRM data to define ICPs, segment leads, score merchants, and monitor funnel performance - Run GTM experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, and actionable metrics - Create contextual outbound journeys using merchant data and local proof points - Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Data, and Operations teams to turn field feedback into system improvements - Document prompts, specs, playbooks, experiments, and key learnings ❖ What You Need To Succeed - Proven experience building AI agent workflows or advanced LLM automations - Strong Python and SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery - Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI development tools - Familiarity with orchestration tools like LangGraph, n8n plus Python, or equivalent - Deep understanding of outbound/GTM mechanics: ICP, segmentation, cadence, funnel, conversion metrics, and sales handoff - Ability to manage messy lead data, enrichment, scoring, deduplication, and data quality - Business acumen in SMB merchants, local commerce, payments, acquiring, or field sales - Strong ownership mindset and clear communication skills in both Portuguese and English ❖ Nice to Have - Experience with sales automation, RevOps, growth engineering, or lead generation systems - Background in email, SMS, or WhatsApp campaigns - Experience integrating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Clay) with data pipelines and AI workflows - Familiarity with fintech, payments, acquiring, or SMB sales - Experience designing guardrails, evaluations, or anti-hallucination mechanisms for AI systems ❖ Why CloudWalk At CloudWalk, AI is at the core of how we build, sell, support, and scale.
