You’ll work at the intersection of AI engineering and revenue operations, developing autonomous agents that empower SDRs, AEs, and marketers to accelerate pipeline growth, personalize outreach, and close deals faster. This is a high-impact, visible role for someone passionate about building LLM-based applications and transforming B2B SaaS sales with automation. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and develop multi-step AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom solutions, integrated with GTM data sources such as Claude and Openclaw - Create agent workflows for prospect research, outbound personalization, lead scoring, pipeline enrichment, and content generation - Integrate agents with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo) - Evaluate and implement AI models and tools tailored to each GTM task - Own the technical layer of Firework’s GTM stack, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability across tools, data, and agents - Build automated workflows to reduce manual work for SDRs, AEs, and marketers by 50%+ - Instrument agents with logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure quality and catch failures - Define and track agent performance metrics, building dashboards to showcase ROI and automation coverage - Collaborate with RevOps to maintain clean data flows and prevent data quality issues ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building LLM-based applications or AI agents - Hands-on expertise with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks - Strong Python skills and experience working with REST APIs and data pipelines - Proven ability to integrate with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo - Deep understanding of GTM processes in B2B SaaS—how SDRs, AEs, and marketers operate, and where AI can drive efficiency - Experience building observability and monitoring into automated systems - Bonus: Experience with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs in production environments ❖ Location & Work Hours This is a remote position based in India, with a requirement to overlap at least 50% of your work hours with the US timezone. ❖ Why Firework At Firework, you’ll join a diverse, inclusive team that values curiosity, ambition, and big ideas.
