About the Role

You’ll connect data sources, design automation workflows, configure the CRM, and ensure the right reminders reach the right people at the right time. Working closely with the system owner, you’ll support sales, marketing, and business development, with the autonomy to choose and implement the best tools for the job. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Evaluate and select our toolstack, including database, CRM, automation, and attribution platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Clay, and more) - Design and build the central database: schema design, data ingestion, data hygiene, and CRM synchronization - Automate lead intake from sources like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, expos, scrapers, and manual uploads - Run enrichment pipelines to automatically complete contact data - Integrate marketing campaigns: push segments to performance tools, pull engagement data into the database - Set up attribution systems—UTM tagging, contact-level conversion tracking, and paid ad platform integrations - Build AI-powered reply parsing to classify responses and update lead stages, with human review for edge cases - Manage suppression rules across all outbound channels to protect deliverability - Create reminders and triggers to notify sales, marketing, or BD teams based on lead activity - Develop dashboards merging marketing and sales pipelines, attribution data, and forecasts ❖ What We’re Looking For - 2+ years’ experience in a B2B company, ideally with significant outbound sales - Proven track record selecting and implementing sales and marketing tools—vendor evaluation, demos, build-vs-buy decisions - Advanced hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) at scale - Strong SQL skills—writing queries, understanding joins, indexes, and database architecture - Experience integrating CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio) using APIs and webhooks - Deep understanding of email, LinkedIn, and Telegram deliverability, including warmup and suppression best practices - Comfortable working with JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting ❖ Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with cold outbound tools (Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Expandi, Apollo, Clay) - B2B attribution expertise—UTMs, conversion APIs, multi-touch attribution models - Experience using AI APIs (Claude, GPT) for automation and classification tasks - Background in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated industries - Light coding ability in Python or JavaScript for custom automation ❖ Why Join Us - Competitive compensation package - Private health insurance and wellness benefits - Flexible hybrid working model with predictable hours - Budget for tools, learning, and professional development - Long-term incentives aligned with company growth Ready to take ownership as our GTM Engineer and help build the backbone of our B2B SaaS sales and marketing engine?
