We’re a small, ambitious team in Berlin, obsessed with solving hard problems and leveraging the latest in AI. ❖ Your Mission as Founding GTM Engineer As the Founding GTM Engineer, you’ll architect and automate the systems that power telli’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with the founding team and GTM lead to build a robust sales infrastructure, automate processes, and ensure our sales team has everything they need to succeed. Your work will directly impact our growth and help define the GTM playbook for the next generation of B2B SaaS. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and scale our GTM system, creating signal and prospecting infrastructure for cold outbound and sales enablement - Automate go-to-market processes using tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, and Claude Code - Own and update all sales materials, demos, and assets to ensure they’re sharp and effective - Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot expert), ensuring clean, structured, and reliable data - Track performance, build dashboards, and report on key GTM metrics - Shape and refine the telli GTM playbook based on customer interactions and data insights ❖ What Makes You a Great Fit - 1+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Automation, or Go-to-Market Engineering - Strong analytical mindset; you think in systems and data - Proven success automating sales processes with AI tools (HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Claude Code) - Quick to understand technical products and translate them into customer value - Deep passion for GTM tech and staying ahead of industry trends - Business-savvy: you build systems that drive deals, not just clean tooling - Hands-on and technical, with expertise in CRMs and GTM automation tools - High agency: you proactively solve problems and deliver results - Fluent in business-level German and English - Ready to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin ❖ This Role May Not Be for You If… - You prefer detailed briefs over end-to-end ownership - You focus on theory rather than practical sales impact - You automate without addressing core process issues - You want only strategic work and avoid hands-on tasks - You’re seeking a remote or strictly 9-to-5 role ❖ Why Join Us At telli, you’ll join a humble, low-ego team that values ownership, experimentation, and rapid learning.
