Backed by €40M in Series B funding from top investors, we’re expanding beyond hospitality, retail, and healthcare to become the #1 workforce management solution for shift-based teams in Europe. ❖ The Role: GTM Engineer (Acquisition & Growth) As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be the technical mastermind powering Skello’s growth engine. Your focus: building, scaling, and optimizing the infrastructure that drives lead generation, automates acquisition, and maximizes conversion rates. You’ll bridge engineering, data, and growth marketing—turning ambitious acquisition strategies into robust, automated solutions that lower CAC and accelerate pipeline growth. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and automate lead generation pipelines using data scrapers, workflows, and API integrations (HubSpot, Clay, enrichment tools) to deliver high-quality B2B leads at scale - Implement advanced tracking and attribution (server-side GTM, Segment, custom APIs) for flawless data collection across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn - Develop scalable frameworks for landing pages, dynamic content personalization, and interactive web tools to boost GEO & SEO conversion - Engineer technical CRO solutions: partner with Growth Marketers and Designers to run advanced A/B tests and server-side experiments - Build smart routing and real-time lead scoring algorithms using intent data, ensuring top leads reach Sales instantly ❖ What Makes This Opportunity Unique - Play a strategic role in building Skello’s revenue engine from the ground up - Own and innovate with a modern tech stack: Data, CRM, APIs, AI, and automation platforms (Make, n8n) - Work at the intersection of Engineering and Business in a high-growth, supportive environment - Contribute directly to a project set to transform a massive market through technical innovation ❖ What We’re Looking For - Growth & impact obsessed: You care about pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI—not just code - Doer & hacker mindset: You move fast, solve complex tracking puzzles, and automate at scale - Strong communicator: You align technical and marketing teams, translating goals into actionable blueprints - Deep expertise in web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, headless CMS), growth tech stack (server-side GTM, Segment, HubSpot/Salesforce, Reverse ETL), and AI-assisted development (Codex, Claude Code) ❖ Nice to Have - Experience with performance marketing or paid ads in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment - Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads API integrations ❖ Recruitment Process - Discovery call with Talent team - Technical case study & business interview with VP Marketing - Vision interview with CEO - Reference check and offer Ready to shape the future of B2B SaaS growth as a GTM Engineer at Skello?
