You’ll collaborate closely with growth, demand generation, marketing, and sales teams to design and implement systems, automations, and agents that streamline operations. Your expertise in automation platforms, APIs, and modern GTM stacks like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, and Make will be essential in building seamless workflows and eliminating manual processes. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and build the GTM stack, integrating CRM, data warehouses, and supporting tools to automate workflows and reduce manual effort - Develop and deploy agent stacks for growth, prospecting, enrichment, and routing, using tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, and APIs - Create robust data pipelines to track and optimize the sales funnel, monitor conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement - Build seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring smooth transitions and eliminating manual data entry - Maintain and enhance the systems you build, using SQL for data analysis and creating self-updating dashboards ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven experience as a GTM Engineer or in a similar role within B2B SaaS, building automations and systems others rely on - Deep fluency with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and APIs, with hands-on experience wiring tools together - Strong understanding of code and systems—comfortable reading code, making small pull requests, and delivering working solutions - Advanced data skills, including querying data warehouses and validating metrics - Experience designing and building within a modern GTM stack and CRM (HubSpot, Attio, or similar) - Background in GTM functions such as sales, marketing, RevOps, or customer success, with insight into lead management and pipeline processes ❖ What Makes You a Great Fit - You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and take ownership of projects from start to finish - You’re proactive, accountable, and eager to challenge the status quo - You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building new processes rather than following established ones - You’re motivated by impact and want to see your work drive real business outcomes ❖ Why Join Us?
