With teams in London, Boston, and Sydney, we’re on a mission to reconnect organizations and empower employees everywhere. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS As a GTM Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our go-to-market operations, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations. You’ll work across sales ops, marketing ops, and customer success ops, building robust, scalable, and AI-powered systems that drive pipeline and growth. This is a key hire for our small, high-output revenue operations team. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and maintain AI-powered automation workflows for prospect enrichment, research, and outbound personalization using tools like n8n and Claude - Own the intent-to-pipeline lifecycle: configure signals, define scoring and routing logic, and ensure the right leads reach the right teams at the right time - Manage partnership data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow into HubSpot and actionable insights - Identify and test new pipeline sources, channels, and automations to maximize GTM impact - Build and maintain data pipelines from Snowflake, keeping customer and prospect data enriched and actionable - Oversee HubSpot automation, including lead routing, lifecycle workflows, deal stage triggers, and property hygiene - Provide technical support for marketing and CS automation, including nurture logic, custom integrations, and attribution - Maintain data quality across the GTM stack with deduplication, field standardization, and automated hygiene rules ❖ What We’re Looking For - 2-4 years’ experience in marketing ops, sales ops, or revenue ops, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment - Proven ability to build automations and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and workflow tools like n8n, Zapier, or Tray - Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, custom properties, and CRM optimization - Experience experimenting with AI in GTM workflows, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted tooling - Strong data skills: SQL proficiency, experience with Snowflake, and the ability to debug pipelines - Systems thinker who seeks scalable, automated solutions - Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with sales, marketing, and CS teams ❖ Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environment ❖ Why Blink?
