Our mission is to match you with organizations that invest deeply in their business infrastructure and value operational excellence. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer (Clay Specialist) As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and operationalize advanced outbound and revenue workflows. Your expertise in Clay will be central—designing complex Clay tables, integrating multiple data providers, leveraging AI agents, and building webhook connections to surface high-value accounts and contacts. You’ll ensure seamless integration of Clay outputs with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and BI platforms, delivering prioritized, actionable data to the sales team. This is not a list-building role. You’ll act as a GTM strategist, mapping enterprise SaaS buying committees, identifying intent signals, and translating insights into automated, measurable workflows that drive qualified pipeline. ❖ What Success Looks Like - By month one: Audit the GTM stack, identify high-impact workflows, and launch at least two signal-based outbound plays - By month three: Own the inbound and outbound data layer, with SDR and AE teams relying on your enrichment, scoring, and routing logic - Deliver measurable pipeline impact through your GTM engineering and Clay expertise ❖ What You’ll Bring - 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles - Expert-level proficiency in Clay: complex table architecture, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling - Proven track record building outbound or lead enrichment systems in a B2B SaaS environment - Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, Slack - Comfortable with API calls, webhooks, JSON, and JavaScript to extend Clay’s capabilities - Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders - Ability to self-manage documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder updates - Full-time availability, 9AM-6PM Sydney time, Monday to Friday - Reliable internet, suitable hardware, and a quiet workspace ❖ Compensation & Growth - $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, based on experience and output quality - 90-day review for rate adjustment based on workflow quality, pipeline impact, and stakeholder feedback - Top-tier compensation for senior operators with deep Clay and GTM expertise - Direct engagement with a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company - Real ownership of GTM infrastructure and a clear progression path - Stable full-time income and access to future opportunities through the Reef network Ready to take ownership of revenue operations and make a measurable impact as a GTM Engineer (Clay Specialist)?
