As a GTM Engineer, you’ll work directly with our founders to build, optimize, and operate the systems that drive our global growth—impacting everything from cold outbound campaigns to onboarding and content automation.

❖ Role Overview
As our GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll design and launch personalized outbound campaigns at scale, targeting decision-makers in enterprise organizations. You’ll lead the creation of tailored communications—email sequences, nurturing messages, onboarding flows, and targeted content—leveraging AI and automation tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Make, Zapier, and Claude to ensure every touchpoint feels relevant and human.
You’ll own our GTM tech stack, including HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and more. Your responsibilities include configuring A/B tests, monitoring key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our sales funnel and pipeline. You’ll also evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools to keep our workflow ahead of the curve, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to test new ideas and accelerate growth.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in Sales Ops, Growth, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Engineering, or similar GTM roles
- Builder mindset: you love connecting tools, solving problems, and improving systems
- Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech startup environments
- Hands-on expertise with outbound campaigns, funnel optimization, and cold outbound using HubSpot and Clay
- Strong understanding of CRMs, lead scoring, marketing automation, and pipeline management
- Genuine curiosity for emerging AI tools and their impact on GTM strategies
- Experience with SEO and LLM SEO is a plus
- Professional English skills for operating in a global context
