In this role, you’ll build automations and agentic workflows that power top-of-funnel pipeline generation across demand generation and sales development. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, translating business needs into production-ready solutions using tools like Clay, n8n, Salesforce Service Cloud, and LLM-powered systems. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Automate research, preparation, and follow-up for customer conversations, freeing CSMs to focus on relationships - Develop onboarding and adoption automations to accelerate time-to-value and reduce manual coordination - Create intelligent support routing, case deflection, and delivery workflow automations to minimize administrative overhead and proactively surface escalation risks - Transform field-identified opportunities into scalable, production-ready solutions - Advise GTM teams on maturing citizen-built automations into governed, enterprise-grade capabilities - Collaborate with engineering and IT to deliver technically complex builds at scale - Run data-driven experiments on customer experience and post-sale workflows, measuring impact on retention and satisfaction - Ensure all solutions are sustainable, cost-effective, and built for long-term value ❖ What You’ll Bring - Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems in production environments - Strong technical foundation in solution architecture, business logic, and workflow integration across Customer Success, CSP platforms, support tooling, and CRM systems - Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design for post-sale workflow automation - Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, and event-driven systems - Deep understanding of post-sale motions in Customer Success, support, delivery, and renewals within B2B SaaS - Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders - Commercial mindset focused on driving retention and delivery outcomes ❖ Preferred Experience - 10+ years in GTM engineering, customer success operations, or technical roles within post-sale organizations - Experience building agentic or LLM-powered workflows in B2B enterprise environments - Direct accountability to retention or delivery outcomes in post-sale or CRO organizations - Proficiency with modern GTM automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Glean, Agentforce, or similar ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary ranges by location (e.g., Dallas, Denver, Redwood City, Tampa, New York City, Toronto) - Bonus and equity eligibility - Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance for you and your family - Retirement plans and savings options - Generous paid time off and holidays - Employee Assistance Program and inclusive, sustainable benefits aligned with our core values ❖ Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility Equinix is committed to equal employment opportunity and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
