Our team blends deep cybersecurity expertise with startup agility to solve the internet’s most urgent trust and safety challenges. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll own the intersection of data, automation, and AI across our GTM stack. This is not a traditional RevOps job—you’ll treat GTM systems as a product, designing scalable workflows, building AI-powered automations, and transforming complex processes into high-leverage solutions. You’ll empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to move faster and smarter, leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and BigQuery. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and manage data flows, integrations, APIs, and webhooks for clean, actionable data across platforms - Consolidate contacts, engagement signals, and interaction history into a single, enriched data foundation - Build and evolve prospecting architecture using Clay, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify high-intent accounts - Develop signal-based workflows (intent, enrichment, behavioral triggers) to optimize targeting and timing - Design and automate outbound and inbound campaign workflows aligned to ICP, personas, and messaging - Deploy AI agents, copilots, and automations to reduce manual work and enhance GTM team efficiency - Maximize native AI capabilities across our stack and evaluate new tools for continuous improvement - Act as a bridge between technical systems and GTM teams, training users and driving adoption of new workflows ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4–6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or similar technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS - Deep experience with CRM and GTM tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, LeanData, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BigQuery, Zapier, Clari Copilot - Proven ability to build enrichment pipelines, define ICP in data terms, and map key engagement signals - Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) - Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Clay) - Ability to design scalable workflows and data models across systems - Bonus: Python or JavaScript scripting for automation - Hands-on experience deploying GenAI workflows, agents, or copilots in GTM contexts - Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools - Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a builder mentality - Strong cross-functional communication skills - Background in high-growth or AI-native companies is a plus ❖ Why Join Doppel - $150,000–$200,000 OTE plus meaningful equity - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous parental leave - Flexible PTO and a remote-first, flexible culture - Immediate impact in a fast-growing team with visible results - A culture that values documentation, data-driven decisions, and simple, scalable systems Ready to build the future of GTM engineering in B2B SaaS and make a real impact in cybersecurity?
