❖ The GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and operate the execution layer that automates revenue generation on top of our CRM. You’ll design scalable outbound systems, dynamic data pipelines, and AI agents that drive precision outreach and pipeline efficiency. This is a hands-on technical role, blending the skills of a sales engineer, growth marketer, and RevOps specialist—optimized for the AI era.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage automation on HubSpot, monitoring signals and triggering plays: scoring, enrichment, deduplication, routing, and outreach
- Replace manual prospecting with production systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn automation for targeted, personalized outreach
- Continuously enrich and segment leads, building live audiences based on intent and behavior
- Design and deploy AI agents for research, messaging, signal monitoring, forecasting, and coaching
- Optimize revenue systems to improve conversion rates across the funnel—lead-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity, and velocity
- Bridge sales, marketing, and RevOps, rapidly turning growth ideas into production systems
- Evaluate and adopt the latest AI-for-GTM tools (Clay, Make, Zapier, n8n, AI BDRs, intent data, orchestration platforms)
❖ What Success Looks Like
- A live execution layer on HubSpot with end-to-end signal monitoring, scoring, and routing
- AI agents in production, actively driving research, messaging, and pipeline signals
- Measurable improvements in pipeline efficiency: faster time-to-first-touch, higher reply rates, and increased signal-to-meeting conversion
- A transparent internal roadmap of AI-GTM initiatives, prioritized by impact and adopted across teams
❖ Your Experience
- 2–6 years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, technical RevOps, or a similar revenue-focused technical role
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with a portfolio of shipped agents, automations, or GTM workflows
- Deep experience with the GTM stack: HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, cold outbound, LinkedIn automation, and AI model APIs
- Systems thinker with a focus on data precision, deliverability, and enrichment
- Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to accelerate growth
- Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus
