❖ The GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and operate the execution layer that powers our go-to-market strategy. You’ll automate revenue workflows on top of HubSpot, leveraging tools like Clay, Apollo, and AI agents to turn growth ideas into production systems—fast. This is a hands-on, technical role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and RevOps, perfect for someone who thrives on building scalable outbound systems and dynamic data pipelines.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage automation on HubSpot: scoring, enrichment, deduplication, routing, outreach, and handoff
- Replace manual prospecting with scalable outbound systems using cold outbound HubSpot Clay workflows
- Continuously enrich and segment leads, building live audiences based on intent and behavior
- Design and deploy AI agents for research, messaging, signal monitoring, forecasting, and coaching
- Optimize revenue systems to improve conversion rates across the funnel—lead-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity, and velocity
- Bridge sales, marketing, and RevOps to rapidly implement growth initiatives
- Evaluate and adopt the latest AI-for-GTM tools (Clay, sequencers, AI BDRs, orchestration platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n)
❖ What Success Looks Like
- A live execution layer on HubSpot with end-to-end signal monitoring and automation
- AI agents in production, driving real pipeline results in research and messaging
- Measurable improvements in pipeline efficiency: faster time-to-first-touch, higher reply rates, and better signal-to-meeting conversion
- A transparent internal roadmap of AI-GTM initiatives, prioritized by impact and adopted across teams
❖ Your Experience
- 2–6 years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, technical RevOps, or a similar revenue-focused technical role
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with a portfolio of shipped agents, automations, or GTM workflows
- Deep experience with the GTM stack: Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn automation, and AI model APIs
- Systems thinker with a focus on data precision, deliverability, and enrichment
- Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to accelerate growth
- Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus
