Our team is ambitious, diverse, and driven by a shared mission to transform how businesses manage their finances. ❖ Your Impact as GTM Engineer As our GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind the systems that drive Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. You’ll build and optimize the agentic stack, connect data flows, and eliminate bottlenecks—empowering every revenue team to move faster and smarter. This is not a support role; you are a force multiplier with full ownership of the GTM tech layer. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and continuously optimize automation workflows and integrations across GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Make, and more) - Own the end-to-end tooling layer, from data enrichment to seamless integrations - Connect and maintain data flows between GTM and Product, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks - Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to accelerate sales momentum - Evaluate, implement, and iterate on new tools and technologies ahead of the market ❖ What Makes This Role Unique - Full ownership of the GTM engineering stack—shape it from the ground up - Direct collaboration with GTM Lead, Sales, and Product teams - Immediate visibility into the commercial impact of your work - Early-stage environment with the resources to build at scale ❖ Your Profile - 2-4 years’ experience as a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations, or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS or fintech - Proven track record building automation workflows and integrations with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, or Make - Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines independently - Passionate about AI-native tooling and agentic workflows; hands-on experience building with LLMs - Systems thinker with high ownership—proactive in shipping, iterating, and improving - Bonus: Experience integrating GTM and Product data layers, or familiarity with the German SME/accounting/tax market ❖ Our Hiring Process We move fast—our process takes less than two weeks: - Intro call with Talent Acquisition Lead - Deep-dive interview with GTM Lead - On-site technical walkthrough and live build challenge in Berlin - Reference call ❖ What We Offer - Internal tools and resources built for agentic AI development at scale - 28 vacation days per year, with December 24th and 31st as half days - Urban Sports Club membership or Deutschland Ticket - Laptop of your choice (MacBook or Windows Pro) - Company pension plan - Modern office in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, steps from Mauerpark - Hybrid work format for deep focus and collaborative team time - Weekly team lunches, office BBQs, and dinner budget for late nights - Join a growing team of 50+ ambitious, diverse professionals ❖ Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
