❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
We’re seeking a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS expert to own and innovate the systems that generate pipeline. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thinks like an engineer but executes like a marketer. You’ll architect AI-powered marketing infrastructure, run signal-based prospecting at scale, and drive growth loops across organic, paid, and lifecycle channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering to accelerate experimentation and growth.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain AI-powered marketing infrastructure using tools like Claude Code, Clay, and modern AI platforms
- Design autonomous AI agents for lead enrichment, campaign personalization, content production, and signal monitoring
- Develop experimentation systems to rapidly test messaging, channels, and sequences
- Create self-improving marketing workflows with feedback loops and guardrails
- Run signal-based prospecting and optimize outbound engines with Clay, Apollo, RB2B, Unify, Instantly, and similar tools
- Surface buying signals (hiring, funding, competitor moves, contract renewals) and route them to sales with full context
- Design enrichment workflows to prioritize accounts and identify warm introduction paths
- Drive growth loops through lifecycle marketing, nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and credit consumption alerts
- Execute 1:many ABM campaigns and iterate on paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit) with rapid A/B testing
- Connect organic content (LinkedIn, SEO/GEO) to conversion infrastructure
- Run 4–6 marketing experiments per month, documenting and systematizing successful playbooks
- Track pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings booked, and cost per meeting across all channels
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in growth marketing, marketing ops, revenue ops, or hybrid sales/marketing roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience as a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, with hands-on expertise in AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar platforms
- Deep familiarity with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Unify, or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly
- Quantitative mindset with experience in funnels, conversion rates, cohort analysis, and attribution models
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building new playbooks from scratch
- Consulting or product background is a plus, as is experience in growth or as an SDR/BDR
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
