About the Role

About the role We are looking for a GTM Engineer, Marketing Automation & Demand Generation to join us in Bengaluru. This role sits within EquiLend’s marketing function and will help build, maintain and improve the systems, workflows and digital infrastructure that support campaign performance, paid advertising conversion and pipeline generation across our global markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong marketing automation experience with practical web, SEO, analytics and integration skills. You will work across HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce, paid digital channels, web operations, reporting and AI-enabled workflows, helping marketing and business development teams run campaigns more efficiently, improve conversion and engage clients more effectively. What you’ll do Own and improve marketing automation workflows across campaign journeys, nurture programmes, lead lifecycle processes, lead scoring and CRM integrations. Build and maintain workflows across HubSpot, Outreach and Salesforce to support campaign execution, outreach, follow-up and business development activity. Operate and optimise paid digital activity across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a focus on campaign performance, audience targeting and paid advertising conversion. Improve the effectiveness of landing pages, forms, tracking, routing and follow-up processes so that paid and organic campaign activity converts more consistently. Support web and SEO activity across EquiLend’s digital properties, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO checks, keyword research, content updates and performance monitoring. Help maintain and update EquiLend’s WordPress website, including page updates, basic troubleshooting, tracking implementation and support for ongoing website improvements. Build and maintain reporting that gives clear visibility into campaign performance, paid channel metrics, website engagement, lead quality, conversion and pipeline contribution. Improve integrations between marketing automation, CRM, sales engagement, analytics, advertising and website platforms, using native integrations, APIs or workflow automation tools where appropriate. Maintain data quality, segmentation integrity and campaign tracking standards across marketing databases and connected systems. Apply AI-enabled tools and current marketing technology practices to improve workflows, reporting, segmentation, campaign execution and team efficiency. Partner with marketing, business development and commercial stakeholders to understand requirements, diagnose issues and deliver practical improvements to EquiLend’s go-to-market infrastructure. What we’re looking for 8+ years’ experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, demand generation, GTM engineering or a comparable technical B2B marketing role, ideally within fintech, financial services technology, enterprise software or another complex B2B environment. Hands-on experience building and improving marketing automation workflows, lead lifecycle processes, nurture journeys, lead scoring and CRM-connected campaign operations. Practical experience working with HubSpot, Outreach and Salesforce in a marketing, revenue operations or business development environment. Hands-on experience managing or supporting paid digital campaigns through Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a focus on optimisation, conversion and measurable campaign performance. Working knowledge of web and SEO fundamentals, including landing page performance, on-page optimisation, technical SEO checks, keyword research and organic search monitoring. Experience supporting or administering WordPress websites, including content updates, basic troubleshooting, tracking implementation and coordination with internal or external web partners. Good understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking and attribution, with experience building dashboards or performance reports using analytics and business intelligence tools. Experience connecting marketing, CRM, sales engagement, advertising, analytics and web platforms through native integrations, APIs or workflow automation tools. Strong working knowledge of data quality, segmentation, campaign tracking and the importance of reliable data across marketing and commercial workflows. Fluency with current AI-enabled marketing and workflow tools, with the judgement to identify practical use cases that improve quality, speed, reporting or conversion. Strong analytical judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose workflow, data, tracking or platform issues and recommend scalable improvements. Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical marketing, business development and commercial stakeholders. Why EquiLend?
