❖ About the Role: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As a GTM Engineer at UNRVLD, you’ll lead CRM management, audience definition, ABM campaign execution, and reporting. Based in either our London or Manchester office, you’ll work closely with our Marketing and Business Development teams to identify and engage target companies and contacts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Your expertise in HubSpot, Airtable, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI orchestration platforms will be key to optimizing our sales and marketing operations.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert user of HubSpot, Airtable, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our AI orchestration platform, supporting team adoption and best practices.
- Conduct audience research and profiling to identify high-value targets at both company and contact levels, building actionable market intelligence.
- Design and implement AI agents, automations, and workflows to streamline audience building, data hygiene, reporting, and market insights.
- Build and report on campaign audiences for content, events, and conversion points across owned and earned channels.
- Develop insights on ABM programme companies and contacts, analyzing digital strategies, platforms, challenges, and buying cycles for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify prospects for outbound activity and track results.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Legal right to work in the UK by your start date.
- Experience in a digital agency, technology vendor, or digital-first B2B business.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot.
- Familiarity with audience research and data enrichment tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.
- Experience building or working with AI agents, automations, or workflow tools to enhance marketing operations is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in CRM data management: segmentation, data hygiene, and campaign reporting.
- Experience with ABM or account-based outreach programmes is a plus.
