GTM Engineer (Marketing Operations)

❖ About the Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll lead CRM management, audience definition, ABM campaign execution, and reporting for UNRVLD. Based in either our London or Manchester office, you’ll work closely with Marketing and Business Development to identify and engage target companies and contacts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Your expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-driven marketing automation will be key to building intelligence, optimizing data, and supporting our top-of-funnel inbound and outbound strategies.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert user of sales and marketing operations platforms, including HubSpot, Airtable, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our AI orchestration platform.
- Lead audience research and profiling, identifying relevant targets at company and contact level to inform marketing activity.
- Build and optimize AI agents, automations, and workflows to streamline audience building, data hygiene, reporting, and market insights.
- Develop and report on campaign audiences for content, events, and conversion points across owned and earned channels.
- Generate insights on ABM programme companies and contacts, analyzing digital strategy, platforms, challenges, and buying cycles for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify prospects for outbound activity and track results.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Legal right to work in the UK by your start date.
- Experience in a digital agency, technology vendor, or digital-first B2B business.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot.
- Familiarity with audience research and data enrichment tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.
- Experience building or working with AI agents, automations, or workflow tools to enhance marketing operations is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in CRM data management: segmentation, data cleaning, and campaign performance reporting.
- Experience with ABM or account-based outreach programmes is a plus.
