If you thrive on building AI-powered workflows and want to make a measurable impact on sales and marketing operations, this is your opportunity to lead innovation at scale. ❖ About the Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you will own, monitor, and continuously improve the end-to-end lifecycle of lead routing and marketing attribution reporting for 5+ brands worldwide. This is not a traditional operations role—every inbound lead must be captured, enriched, routed, and reported instantly and reliably, with zero manual intervention. You’ll architect and operate automation-driven systems that ensure data integrity and deliver actionable insights to Sales and GTM teams across regions. You’ll go beyond maintaining processes—your mission is to build and optimize AI-enhanced, automation-powered workflows that accelerate growth and acquisition-readiness. ❖ What You’ll Do - Oversee daily lead-routing operations across multiple brands, ensuring accurate and timely assignment to SDRs and AEs - Proactively detect, flag, and resolve routing issues before they impact revenue, leveraging automation and alerts to minimize lead loss - Design, manage, and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce CRM routing logic for complex brand, region, and product segmentation - Ensure complete campaign attribution and source metadata is captured and flows seamlessly through all systems - Build and maintain automated reporting flows and dashboards for global and regional teams - Use automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM tools to streamline lead routing, QA, and reporting processes - Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR teams, GTM managers, Sales, and Sales Ops to maintain alignment with global operations - Rapidly integrate new brand acquisitions into the lead-routing and reporting framework ❖ What You Bring - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps, ideally in multi-brand or multi-region B2B SaaS environments - Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM (mandatory) - Familiarity with enrichment and engagement tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar - Proven ability to design, monitor, and optimize lead-routing workflows across diverse brands and teams - Demonstrated experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM tools to scale and streamline operations - Strong project management skills, adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and priorities - Excellent communication and alignment skills, with a proactive, data-driven builder mindset focused on efficiency and innovation ❖ Our Values - Execution: We deliver results with focus, ownership, and consistency, always seeking to optimize and create meaningful impact. - Transparency: We communicate openly, foster trust, and embrace accountability in all we do. - Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of honesty and responsibility, building trust through principled actions. ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Annual base salary: 254,000 – 274,000 RON, based on location, experience, and skills - Comprehensive Total Rewards package including benefits, equity, and bonuses - Medical insurance: Medlife Business Subscription (free for employees and children; spouse add-on available) - Food vouchers: RON 20/working day (Up!
