If you thrive on building AI-powered workflows and want to make a measurable impact on sales and marketing operations, this is your opportunity to lead innovation at scale. ❖ About the Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you will own, monitor, and continuously improve the end-to-end lifecycle of lead routing and marketing attribution reporting for 5+ brands worldwide. This is not a traditional operations role—your mission is to ensure every inbound lead is captured, enriched, routed, and reported instantly and reliably, with zero manual intervention. You’ll architect and operate automation-driven systems that safeguard data integrity and deliver actionable insights to Sales and GTM teams across regions. ❖ What You’ll Do - Oversee daily lead-routing operations, ensuring accurate and timely assignment to SDRs and AEs across multiple brands and regions - Proactively detect, flag, and resolve routing issues before they impact revenue, building alerts and automation to minimize lead loss - Design, manage, and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce CRM routing logic for complex brand, region, and product segmentation - Ensure complete campaign attribution and source metadata is captured and passed through all systems - Build and maintain automated reporting flows, dashboards, and status updates for global and regional teams - Leverage automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM tools to streamline lead routing, QA, and reporting processes - Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR teams, GTM managers, Sales, and Sales Ops to maintain alignment with global operations - Rapidly integrate new brand acquisitions into the lead-routing and reporting framework ❖ What You Bring - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps, ideally in multi-brand or multi-region B2B SaaS environments - Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM (mandatory) - Familiarity with enrichment and engagement tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar - Proven ability to design, monitor, and optimize lead-routing workflows across diverse brands and teams - Demonstrated experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and AI/LLM tools to scale and streamline operations - Strong project management skills, adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and priorities - Excellent communication and alignment skills, with a proactive, data-driven, builder mindset ❖ Our Values - Execution: We deliver results with focus, ownership, and consistency, always seeking to optimize and create meaningful impact. - Transparency: We communicate openly, foster trust, and embrace accountability in all we do. - Integrity: We act ethically, honor commitments, and build trust through principled actions. ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Annual base salary: €90,000 – €100,000, depending on location, experience, and skills - Equity upside: Stock options to share in company success - Flexible work: Hybrid model supporting collaboration and work-life balance - Monthly perks: €20/month in Edenred vouchers for meals, shopping, and more - Smart commuting: JobRad® bike leasing program with up to 40% tax savings - Extra time to celebrate: Birthday off every year - Give back: 1 dedicated Volunteer Day annually - Generous time off: 30 days of annual leave ❖ Commitment to Inclusion Kiteworks is an equal opportunity employer.
