GTM Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks Build the engine. Scale the pipeline. We are a fast-growing SaaS company and a leading European digital accessibility platform with clear ICPs and strong product-market fit. We already run outbound and list processes — now we’re upgrading them into a scalable, international top-of-funnel engine. Our currently 4-person Sales Operations Team is Looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer who wants to evolve and scale that engine. Your Mission will be to turn a working outbound system into a scalable, international TOFU engine. Important: This is a builder role. Not RevOps admin. Not campaign marketing. In this role, you will Optimize and scale our existing outbound list infrastructure Increase enrichment depth and data quality across markets Turn ICP + signals + intent data into prioritized, sales-ready opportunities Design and refine enrichment and scoring logic (Clay & data providers) Build and maintain workflows and automations (n8n, APIs, webhooks) Ensure clean routing, segmentation, and CRM sync (HubSpot) Continuously test new AI tools, scripts, and workflows to increase leverage Why This Role Is Interesting Clear ICP and GTM direction Real ownership from day one Direct impact on revenue generation Freedom to experiment with tools and AI Backed by an experienced Team Lead and COO — but you build Your profile 2+ years in GTM, Growth Ops, RevOps, or similar builder roles Hands-on experience with Clay and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Automation mindset (n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks) Strong understanding of modern B2B outbound and signal-based GTM Comfortable working with structured data and enrichment logic Python or AI workflow experience is a strong plus High ownership, speed, and bias for action Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Role is open to international remote candidates, as long as their working hours significantly overlap with the German time zone (±2 hours) Willingness to travel on a regular basis, approximately once per quarter Why us?
