❖ About the Role
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of pipeline generation, outbound systems, and SDR performance. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Sales and CRO to shape strategy and pipeline priorities, ensuring our outbound engine consistently delivers results at scale.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Design and build an end-to-end outbound engine: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, outreach, follow-ups, and re-engagement
- Lead and manage SDR efforts across multiple AEs, driving productivity and output
- Implement automation using tools like n8n, Make, and AI agent-driven workflows
- Integrate and manage data across CRM (HubSpot), Sales Navigator, APIs, and other sources
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates
- Define scripts, cadences, and workflows to maximize pipeline generation
- Guide SDRs to move opportunities from first touch through meetings and into trials
- Re-engage inactive opportunities by funnel hunting in the CRM and bringing them back into the pipeline
- Collaborate with AEs to improve lead quality and conversion
- Participate in call reviews, discovery, and ongoing optimization
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building outbound or GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on expertise with automation tools such as AI agents, n8n, or Make
- Familiarity with HubSpot and outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Experience managing or building SDR teams
- Deep understanding of pipeline generation, outbound automation, and sales operations

- Conversion rates across all funnel stages (lead to meeting to trial)
- Speed of progression through the sales funnel
- SDR productivity and output
