We’re transitioning from startup to high-growth scale-up, and we need a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS expert to lay the operational foundation for our next phase.
❖ Your Mission as GTM Engineer
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales teams. Your mandate: design and implement internal tools, automations, and micro-products that multiply the output of our GTM organization. You’ll use AI, workflow design, and no-code/low-code platforms to turn high-volume, unstructured data into actionable insights and repeatable processes.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of internal “products” from discovery to rollout and iteration
- Build and refine tools using Zapier, Make, N8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, and AI agents
- Transform executive conversations, Gong calls, and product content into structured, searchable knowledge
- Automate ABM sequences, sales playbooks, and executive outreach
- Surface real-time account intelligence and deal blockers for sales teams
- Design systems that ingest customer conversations, campaign performance, and pipeline signals into a unified GTM intelligence layer
- Run experiments to improve top-of-funnel reach, personalization, speed to lead, conversion rates, and rep productivity
- Define success metrics and be accountable for measurable impact
