As a tech-driven company, we’re committed to building high-impact solutions that power efficiency and growth for enterprise clients. ❖ The Role: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS As our first GTM Engineer, you’ll turn commercial strategy into scalable execution. You’ll design and automate end-to-end go-to-market workflows, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Clay, and n8n to accelerate pipeline and drive measurable results. This is a unique opportunity to engineer growth, build data infrastructure, and apply an automation-first mindset to every aspect of our commercial engine. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and optimize scalable GTM workflows, transforming segmentation and buying signals into repeatable motions by persona, industry, and region - Own lifecycle automation: scoring, routing, handoffs, CRM hygiene, and dashboard creation—all automated by design - Collaborate with marketing to run experiments (offers, messaging, sequences, landing flows) and track what drives pipeline growth - Document systems and processes to ensure scalability and team-wide understanding - Translate signals into structured outbound campaigns, including account lists, messaging angles, and outreach packs - Enable programmatic personalization and develop segment-specific offers (site assessments, ROI snapshots, operational checklists) - Build repeatable playbooks and continuously optimize performance - Route inbound leads based on fit, intent, geography, and language, ensuring high-fit accounts move quickly through a “fast lane” process - Automate lead enrichment, deduplication, assignment, and follow-ups with smart guardrails - Create seamless, automated handoffs between Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams - Use AI and public data to analyze prospects’ sites, develop operational hypotheses, and craft tailored narratives on how Peripass can deliver value You’ll report directly to our Marketing Director and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to multiply impact across teams. ❖ What Makes This Role Unique - Direct commercial impact: Your work will shape pipeline, efficiency, and international growth - Autonomy and trust: Take ownership, experiment, and implement better ways of working - High-performance environment: Collaborate with driven colleagues who celebrate milestones and success together - Competitive salary package and excellent benefits - Flexible working hours and a supportive work-from-home policy ❖ What We’re Looking For - 2–5 years’ experience in Growth Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a technical GTM-related role within B2B SaaS - Strong skills in automation tools such as Clay and at least one automation layer (n8n, Make, or similar) - Analytical, structured thinker who defines problems clearly before building solutions - Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution (writing prompts, debugging webhooks, refining messaging) - Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus - Based in Belgium and open to working 3 days a week from our Ghent office, or able to spend at least one full week per month onsite ❖ Ready to Engineer Growth with Us?
