Join Pogo as our first GTM Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered revenue systems for B2B SaaS. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales, and want to build tools that drive real business impact, this is your opportunity to make your mark.
❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As the inaugural GTM Engineer at Pogo, you’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering to develop and operate AI-driven workflows that accelerate pipeline and conversion. You’ll work hands-on with our enterprise AI SaaS platform, building internal tools and automations that give our go-to-market teams a competitive edge.
Key responsibilities include:

- Auditing and optimizing our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Gong, Outreach, and more)
- Embedding with sales and growth teams to systematize their most effective strategies
- Building internal tools and AI agents for lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, content distribution, and attribution
- Deciding when to leverage off-the-shelf solutions versus building custom tools
- Collaborating with engineering and design to test, iterate, and refine new features
- Publishing internal playbooks and guides to share best practices across the organization
❖ About You
- 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, with direct exposure to GTM, growth, or revenue systems
- Proficient with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, and experienced in shipping production-ready solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and tool integrations
- Deep familiarity with the modern GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Cargo, Gong, Outreach/Instantly) and skilled in APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Strong product and design sensibility—your internal tools are as polished as customer-facing products
- Systems thinker who excels at automating complex operational challenges
- Commercially minded, able to identify leverage points from sales calls or growth dashboards
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams, especially in ambiguous situations
- Experience building and maintaining production systems for real users (internal or external)
- Bonus: Early-stage startup experience, shipped AI agents that impacted revenue, or a background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering
❖ Why Pogo Stands Out

- Work at the center of the company, partnering with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering
- Leverage the latest AI and GTM technologies in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
