❖ About the Role
As a GTM Engineer at Privy, you’ll own and evolve the technology stack powering Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership. You’ll design and optimize workflows, integrations, data models, automations, and AI agents that fuel pipeline growth, boost GTM productivity, and deliver actionable revenue insights. This is a hands-on, high-impact builder role for someone passionate about solving complex business challenges through systems design and AI innovation.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner of Privy’s GTM systems, with Salesforce and Snowflake as core platforms
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across the revenue stack, including marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, customer data, analytics, and AI tools
- Create scalable architectures for clean data flow and a single source of truth for revenue reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive operational efficiency
- Evaluate, implement, and operationalize AI-powered GTM tools (prospecting assistants, AI SDR tools, conversation intelligence, pipeline analytics, enrichment, and marketing automation)
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, territory management, and campaign performance
- Build and maintain AI agents and skills that automate internal GTM workflows and enhance team productivity
- Develop Snowflake-based data models supporting GTM analytics, attribution, forecasting, and executive reporting
- Deliver dashboards and revenue intelligence tools that provide actionable insights to leadership
- Establish standards and governance for AI agent performance, data quality, and security
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, Data Engineering, or similar technical GTM roles
- Expert-level Salesforce administration, architecture, automation, and integration experience
- Strong hands-on Snowflake experience (data modeling, SQL development, ETL workflows, analytics)
- Proven experience building, deploying, and managing AI agents, AI workflows, and agentic automation systems
- Experience with AI-powered GTM tools and platforms
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale business datasets
- Ability to design and maintain complex integrations between business systems and data platforms
- Familiarity with modern RevOps and MarTech tools (enrichment, marketing automation, sales engagement, attribution, analytics)
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with executive stakeholders
❖ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, ecommerce technology, or PLG businesses
- Background in LLM application development, prompt engineering, retrieval systems, MCPs, agent frameworks, or AI orchestration platforms
- Experience with Python, APIs, dbt, reverse ETL tools, or modern data stack technologies
- Experience building internal AI products or revenue intelligence platforms
