You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable architectures that ensure clean data flow, actionable revenue insights, and operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Serve as the technical owner for Privy’s GTM systems, with a focus on Salesforce, Snowflake, and modern RevOps tools - Design, build, and maintain integrations across marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, analytics, and AI platforms - Develop scalable data architectures and workflows that provide a single source of truth for revenue reporting and forecasting - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive operational efficiency and business visibility - Evaluate, implement, and operationalize AI-powered GTM tools, including AI SDR solutions, conversation intelligence, pipeline analytics, and marketing automation - Build and deploy AI-driven workflows for lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, territory management, and campaign performance - Design and maintain AI agents and automations that streamline prospect research, lead qualification, account planning, and campaign execution - Establish best practices for AI adoption, governance, security, and data quality across the revenue organization - Build and maintain Snowflake-based data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable revenue intelligence - Continuously test and deploy emerging AI capabilities to strengthen Privy’s GTM efficiency and revenue growth ❖ What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, Data Engineering, or similar technical GTM roles - Expert-level Salesforce administration, architecture, automation, and integration experience - Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, SQL development, ETL workflows, and analytics - Proven track record building, deploying, and managing AI agents, AI workflows, and agentic automation systems - Experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered GTM tools and platforms - Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale business datasets - Ability to design and maintain complex integrations between business systems and data platforms - Familiarity with modern RevOps and MarTech tooling: enrichment, marketing automation, sales engagement, attribution, and analytics - Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Exceptional communication skills and experience partnering with executive stakeholders ❖ Nice to Have - Experience in SaaS, ecommerce technology, or PLG environments - Background in LLM application development, prompt engineering, retrieval systems, MCPs, agent frameworks, or AI orchestration platforms - Experience with Python, APIs, dbt, reverse ETL tools, or modern data stack technologies - Experience building internal AI products or revenue intelligence platforms ❖ Why Privy?
