As a GTM Engineer, you’ll design automations and AI-powered workflows that fuel top-of-funnel pipeline generation across demand generation and sales development. You’ll work closely with Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing teams, translating business needs into production-ready solutions. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build deal signal detection and next-best-action systems to surface insights for Account Executives throughout the sales cycle - Develop meeting preparation, automated follow-up, and deal approval workflows to streamline administrative tasks and maximize selling time - Create partner pipeline, co-sell coordination, and value case automation to optimize partner and commercial selling motions - Transform field-originated ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions for sellers, marketers, and customer success managers - Advise GTM teams on maturing citizen-built automations into robust, governed capabilities - Collaborate with engineering and IT on complex builds, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business requirements - Run data-driven experiments on GTM workflows, measure impact on pipeline and conversion, and scale successful initiatives - Ensure all deployed solutions are sustainable, cost-effective, and operationally sound ❖ Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems in production environments - Strong technical foundation in solution architecture, business logic, and workflow integration - Expertise with GTM systems, CRM, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, data enrichment, and intent tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Glean, Agentforce) - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design for revenue workflows - Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, and event-driven systems - Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, partner ecosystem operations, and value engineering - Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders - Commercial mindset focused on driving revenue outcomes through workflow optimization ❖ Preferred Qualifications - 10+ years in GTM engineering, sales operations, revenue operations, or technical roles within enterprise sales organizations - Experience building agentic or LLM-powered workflows in B2B SaaS environments - Direct accountability to pipeline velocity or deal conversion outcomes - Proficiency with modern GTM automation and enrichment platforms such as Clay, n8n, Glean, or Agentforce ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary ranges based on location (e.g., Dallas, Denver, Redwood City, Tampa, New York City, Toronto) - Bonus and equity eligibility - Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance for you and your family - Retirement plans and financial planning support - Generous paid time off and holidays - Employee Assistance Program and inclusive, sustainable benefits aligned with our core values ❖ Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility Equinix is committed to equal employment opportunity and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
