As a Revenue Programs GTM Engineer, you’ll report directly to the Director of Revenue Programs and play a pivotal role in this transformation. ❖ About the Revenue Programs GTM Engineer Role As our Revenue Programs GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be the technical architect and builder for all things AI and automation within our go-to-market (GTM) motion. You’ll design and maintain end-to-end data enrichment pipelines in Salesforce and Snowflake, leveraging tools like Clay and Make to ensure data quality and campaign efficiency. Your work will directly connect technical innovation to sales outcomes, from AI-driven outreach personalization to sales coaching agents and forecasting tools. You’ll own the AI and automation infrastructure, manage the Revenue Programs MCP Toolbox, and lead the development of reusable AI tools and Make scenarios. Your focus will be on adoption and measurable business impact, not just launching features. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Architect and maintain data enrichment pipelines in Salesforce and Snowflake using Clay, Make, and AI - Oversee campaign operations, credit budgeting, and re-enrichment logic for CRM data quality - Build and manage AI agents for sales tools, including call scorecards, forecasting automations, and outreach personalization - Maintain and expand the Revenue Programs MCP Toolbox and ensure robust version control and governance - Drive sales efficiency by leading AI tool adoption, automating repetitive tasks, and monitoring performance - Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to adoption, collaborating with RevOps, Data, and Sales teams - Provide technical support to program managers and proactively manage risks and architectural blockers ❖ What You Bring - 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or technical RevOps roles within B2B SaaS - Deep expertise in Clay, Make (or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms like Zapier or n8n), and Salesforce - Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: SalesLoft (or Outreach), ZoomInfo, Qualified, Snowflake, and sales engagement platforms - Proven track record with AI tools and prompt engineering - Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset - Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior leadership ❖ Nice to Have - Experience building with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs - Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic workflow tooling - SalesLoft admin experience - Background in B2B sales, with insight into discovery, deal progression, and coaching ❖ Why Make? - RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company - Annual bonus - Multinational team with 42 nationalities - Learning & Development plan, including language courses, professional training, and conference tickets - 2 Company Learning Days and 1 Company Impact Day per year - Notebook/Macbook provided - 25 vacation days plus 10 care days for loved ones - Extra parental vacation (3-6 months) and RSUs grant for newborns - Life insurance, Gympass, meal and transportation tickets, medical insurance - Regular team buildings, parties, and company events - Flexible working hours and home office options ❖ Our Culture At Make, we believe in radical candor, open feedback, and extreme ownership.
