❖ About the Role
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll architect and optimize the revenue engine that powers our go-to-market teams. You’ll move beyond traditional operations, designing automated infrastructure that detects high-intent buying signals, integrates complex data flows, and ensures our outreach is hyper-personalized and timely. Your expertise in tools like HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack will be central to building a self-optimizing growth machine for cold outbound and ABX campaigns.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Signal Engineering: Use Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to identify high-intent signals such as hiring trends, tech stack changes, and social intent, fueling both BDR and marketing teams.
- Revenue Architecture: Manage bi-directional data flows between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack, ensuring accurate field mapping and robust tracking via GTM.
- Growth Intelligence: Develop predictive lead scoring, map complex buying centers, and optimize AI credit usage with smart caching logic.
- Workflow Automation: Build dynamic workflows that verify data, uncover niche criteria, and trigger automated BDR alerts based on behavioral surges.
- AI Enablement: Create ready-to-use AI agents that research company data and draft personalized briefings for Account Executives.

- You’re a systems thinker who bridges technical engineering with revenue strategy.
- You have a deep understanding of CRM architecture and scalable workflow design.
- You’re a power user of Clay (waterfall logic), HubSpot (admin-level), and HockeyStack (attribution).
- You’re fluent in leveraging LLMs (Claude, GPT-4) via API for structured data extraction.
- You excel at analytics, ensuring flawless tracking and high data quality across GTM and HockeyStack.
❖ Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) and automation platforms such as Clay, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) for processing unstructured data.
- Proven track record managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups and attribution tools like HockeyStack or Dreamdata.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent technical RevOps/Growth experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and signals that drive pipeline growth.
