❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be the architect behind our go-to-market systems, translating commercial strategy into scalable execution. This hands-on role sits at the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You’ll own our Salesforce-centric revenue stack, design AI-driven workflows for lead enrichment and routing, and automate processes across the entire customer lifecycle.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the GTM tech stack: Salesforce (Sales Cloud + CPQ), HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft/Outreach, and Zendesk
- Engineer automated workflows for lead routing, data enrichment, account scoring, and outbound sequences
- Deploy AI to enrich and qualify accounts, personalize outreach, and surface actionable signals
- Own Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes, ensuring seamless integration with ERP/finance systems like NetSuite
- Integrate post-sale workflows, connecting Zendesk support data to the broader revenue picture
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for pipeline health, conversion, forecasting, churn, and attribution
- Support sales forecasting, planning, and ABM/ICP targeting with data-driven insights
- Manage multiple projects to deadline, maintain clear documentation, and drive adoption through training
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Balance of builder and strategist: strong technical skills (data modeling, integrations, APIs, automation, SQL or scripting) and business acumen
- AI-driven mindset: experience building or eager to build AI-powered workflows
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and clean configuration
- Customer-centric approach to system design
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
❖ Tools & Experience
- 6–8 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Ops, or similar technical GTM roles in B2B enterprise software
- Proven hands-on Salesforce expertise (configuration, automation, reporting); CPQ experience strongly preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, Clay, sales engagement platforms (Salesloft or Outreach), and Zendesk
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and quote-to-cash processes
- Strong data analysis, forecasting, and BI tool skills
- Excellent communication, able to present complex systems to diverse stakeholders
❖ Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform certifications; certifications in Clay, HubSpot, or Salesloft/Outreach
- Experience scaling GTM systems in fast-growing enterprise SaaS companies
- Exposure to ABM, ICP modeling, or industrial/IoT/data markets
❖ Compensation & Location
- Base salary: CA$110,000 – CA$120,000 plus performance bonus
- Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario
