After three years of inbound growth, we’re ready to scale outbound and partnerships. You’ll be the data-driven expert who identifies high-potential prospects before they even know they need us, fueling our sales pipeline with precision. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build enriched cold prospect lists (name, surname, email, phone) to enable targeted, effective outreach - Detect intent signals to generate warm prospect lists from LinkedIn posts, industry articles, website visitors, and relevant communities - Continuously analyze our CRM (HubSpot) to identify reactivation opportunities and deliver them to the sales team at the right moment - Leverage outbound tools like Clay, Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator, staying ahead of market trends - Utilize key Italian databases for prospecting, such as Registro Imprese, Atoka, and AIDA ❖ What We’re Looking For - At least 2 years’ experience in fast-paced environments in roles like GTM Ops, Growth, Sales Ops, or Lead Generation - Mastery of outbound prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator) and familiarity with the latest in the market - Strong knowledge of Italian business databases for B2B SaaS prospecting - A data hacker mindset: you cross-reference sources, perform cascading enrichment, and find creative solutions - Comfortable building processes, lists, and workflows from scratch—blank pages motivate you - Bonus: Programming skills (Python or similar) are a plus ❖ What We Offer - Competitive salary: €35–50K RAL - Performance bonus: €10–20K - Meal vouchers (€8/day) - Hybrid work model (Milan-based, 3 days in-office per week) - Welfare budget - A high-impact environment where your work truly matters - A collaborative, motivated team with rapid personal growth and real autonomy ❖ Our Culture At Sibill, you’ll join a smart, driven, and supportive team.
