❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll empower our Growth and RevOps teams to work smarter and faster. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Success, and Marketing to turn product usage and customer signals into actionable workflows, optimizing our product-led growth (PLG) to revenue engine. This is a systems-focused role, not traditional sales or marketing, ideal for someone passionate about automation, data, and building tools that scale.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation across our GTM stack (HubSpot, BigQuery, Hightouch, enrichment tools) to streamline processes and reduce manual work
- Own and enhance our product-led sales (PLS) trigger infrastructure, translating product usage into actionable sales workflows
- Maintain and extend HubSpot architecture, including workflows, custom properties, and sequences
- Build internal tools and dashboards for AEs, BDRs, and CSAs, delivering real-time account intelligence
- Integrate AI tools (Claude, Gemini) into sales workflows for account research, meeting preparation, and transcript summarization
- Partner with RevOps on compensation tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory management
- Develop GTM dashboards in Hex for leadership and frontline teams to monitor pipeline coverage and PLS conversion
- Connect product data from BigQuery to CRM for a unified view of account health
- Manage data enrichment pipelines to ensure accurate, actionable contact data
- Extend integrations across HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch, building APIs, webhooks, and Cloud Functions for automated data flows
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or RevOps Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency with HubSpot (APIs, custom objects), SQL/BigQuery, and automation using Python or Node.js
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in async or globally distributed teams
- Passion for solving real-world problems for developers and applying AI in sales contexts
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and owning your roadmap
