❖ About the Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll bridge technical engineering and revenue strategy, treating the revenue engine as a high-performance product. You’ll architect automated infrastructure that ensures the right message reaches the right buyer at the perfect moment, fueling growth across a global team spanning 26 countries.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Signal Engineering: Detect high-intent signals—like hiring trends, tech changes, and social intent—using Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to empower BDRs and Marketing.
- Revenue Architecture: Manage seamless, bi-directional data flow between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack, ensuring accurate field mapping and robust tracking via GTM.
- Growth Intelligence: Build predictive lead scoring, identify buying centers, and optimize AI credit usage with smart caching logic.
- Signal Factory: Leverage Clay and Claude to create workflows that verify data reliability and uncover criteria standard filters miss.
- ABX Logic at Scale: Design advanced ABX logic using Clay for niche scraping and Claude for complex company categorization.
- Perfect Moment Timing: Use HockeyStack behavioral data to trigger automated BDR alerts when accounts show activity surges.
- AI Efficiency: Develop workflows that optimize AI credit consumption while maintaining a high-quality, up-to-date database.
- Agentic Enablement: Build AI agents to research companies and draft personalized briefings for Account Executives.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Expert-level HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) skills, with deep familiarity with Clay, Make.com, or Zapier
- Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) for processing unstructured data
- Proven ability to manage Google Tag Manager setups and attribution tools like HockeyStack or Dreamdata
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (non-technical degrees with proven RevOps implementation welcome)
- Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying trends, signals, and correlations that drive pipeline growth
- Systems thinker who thrives on automating manual processes and building “If-This-Then-That” logic
