Vasco is the solution they wish they’d had: a trusted data foundation for engineered growth. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As Vasco’s first GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind our AI-powered workflow automation. You’ll design and implement systems that replace repetitive, manual tasks for both our internal teams and our B2B SaaS clients. Reporting to our Head of Sales and CS, you’ll collaborate closely with founders and every customer-facing team. Within a year, the operational grind will run on the robust systems you’ve built. ❖ What You’ll Do - Audit and automate: Identify where manual work persists, design automation solutions, and deliver reliable systems for long-term use. - Build GTM engines: Own the workflows and pipelines that drive event engagement and client opportunities, from cold outbound list building to automated outreach using tools like HubSpot and Clay. - Deploy for clients: Partner with RevOps and Customer Success to spot automation opportunities in client GTM and revenue operations, then build and hand off systems that keep CRM data clean and actionable. - Drive innovation: Proactively propose and execute new automation ideas that move the needle for Vasco and our clients. ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven experience building workflow automations that stand up in production—whether your background is in software engineering, RevOps, marketing automation, or technical operations. - AI-first mindset: You use Claude and AI coding assistants daily and are eager to push their capabilities further. - Systems connector: You’ve automated work by integrating tools and data, using platforms like Clay, Zapier, or n8n, or your own code. - Self-starter: You identify high-impact work, secure buy-in, and execute independently. - Clear communicator: You can explain complex systems to non-technical teammates. ❖ What Sets You Apart - Deep hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI coding assistants - Expertise with automation platforms (especially Clay, but also Zapier or n8n) - CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce) and a strong grasp of data flows - Prior client-facing experience in B2B SaaS or GTM operations ❖ Why Join Vasco At Vasco, you’ll work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment building cutting-edge AI and automation technology.
