Backed by a recent $100M Series C and a $2B valuation, we are rapidly expanding our reach in the B2B SaaS landscape. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer at WorkOS, you’ll play a hands-on role within our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll own and enhance the systems that drive how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale. This includes building and maintaining enrichment pipelines using tools like Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and integrating with Salesforce, Apollo, and other data providers. Your work will directly empower our sales and marketing teams to operate with precision and efficiency. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Maintain and improve enrichment infrastructure to ensure reliable, accurate, and scalable data flows from signups and event lists into Salesforce - Develop and optimize account scoring pipelines, leveraging Snowflake and SFDC to evaluate companies against our ideal customer profile - Build and support campaign and event tooling to automate attendee tracking and campaign management - Integrate custom enrichment tools with Wallaby, our internal AI agent, to provide on-demand prospect intelligence for the GTM team - Collaborate with data engineering to keep Snowflake schemas aligned and ensure data integrity across all GTM systems - Write production-ready TypeScript and Python code, review PRs, debug incidents, and implement robust logging and observability ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, or similar technical role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment - Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript or Python, with experience designing database schemas and debugging production issues - Deep familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, and Apollo, and an understanding of CRM data flows and enrichment processes - Systems thinker who builds scalable, reliable pipelines and considers edge cases like API failures and high-volume data loads - Bonus: Background in BDR or AE roles, providing insight into sales team needs and workflows ❖ What Success Looks Like The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS proactively identify and resolve workflow issues, ship impactful code quickly, and collaborate closely with sales and data teams.
