We value growth, collaboration, and celebrating milestones together. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and build the systems powering our commercial organization. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing scalable solutions and automating manual work. You’ll own the GTM infrastructure across our commercial stack—including HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and enrichment tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—while integrating cutting-edge AI tooling into our sales processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and enablement teams to automate workflows, enhance data quality, and deliver AI-augmented solutions. Your mission: eliminate repetitive tasks for SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers, so they can focus on selling. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and implement scalable commercial infrastructure in HubSpot and across our tech stack, automating routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management - Own and optimize our data enrichment layer, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable data using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and potentially Clay or CommonRoom - Automate reporting by building templated dashboards and models that minimize manual updates - Prototype and deploy AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, account research, RFP response, call analysis, and content generation - Elevate the technical capabilities of the team, mentoring others and driving best practices in solution architecture and automation ❖ What You’ll Bring - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, MCP, agent-building platforms) and integrating AI into commercial workflows - Expertise in data enrichment platforms, match logic, deduplication, and data quality standards - A builder’s mindset—always seeking to automate manual work and create repeatable systems - Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and commercial team effectiveness - Senior individual contributor experience: able to scope, prioritize, and deliver independently as the technical SME - Technical depth in at least one area: - Building commercial systems at scale in HubSpot or Salesforce (custom objects, complex routing, integrations) - Fluency with low-code automation platforms (Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier) - Advanced data wrangling skills (SQL, Python, or complex spreadsheet modeling) ❖ What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience - 27 days annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing), with rollover options - Hybrid working: three days a week in our dog-friendly Hoxton office with on-site gym - Comprehensive private medical and dental cover (Vitality) - Enhanced parental leave pay - £1,000 annual personal learning and development budget - Carbon-neutral company with ambitious sustainability goals - Regular team socials, activities, and an annual team retreat ❖ Our Commitment to Diversity We believe diverse backgrounds and experiences make our company and product stronger.
