This senior individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives on building for scale, automating manual processes, and leveraging data and AI to drive efficiency. You’ll work closely with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and enablement teams to deliver robust solutions across our commercial stack—including HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and enrichment tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your mission: eliminate manual work for our SDR, AE, and Account Management teams through automation, and enhance decision-making with best-in-class AI tooling. If you’re passionate about building reliable, scalable systems that give commercial teams a competitive edge, this is your opportunity. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable commercial infrastructure in HubSpot and related tools, automating workflows for routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management - Own the enrichment and data quality layer, managing platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and exploring new tools such as Clay or CommonRoom - Automate reporting by building templated dashboards and models that minimize manual updates - Prototype and deploy AI-augmented workflows for lead qualification, account research, RFP response, call analysis, and content generation - Collaborate with team members to elevate technical capabilities and solution architecture across the commercial organization ❖ What You’ll Bring - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, MCP, agent-building platforms) and integrating AI into commercial processes - Expertise in data enrichment, match logic, deduplication, and maintaining high data quality - A builder’s mindset—automating manual work and creating repeatable, scalable solutions - Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and commercial team effectiveness - Senior individual contributor experience: scoping, prioritizing, and delivering technical projects independently - Technical depth in at least one area: advanced HubSpot or Salesforce workflow architecture, low-code automation (Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier), or data wrangling (SQL, Python, advanced spreadsheets) ❖ What We Offer - Competitive salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE - 27 days annual leave (including 3-day Christmas closure), with rollover options - Hybrid work: three days a week at our dog-friendly Hoxton office with on-site gym - Comprehensive private medical and dental cover (Vitality) - Enhanced parental leave - £1,000 annual personal learning and development budget - Carbon-neutral company with ambitious sustainability goals - Regular team socials, activities, and an annual retreat ❖ Our Hiring Process - Introductory call with a Talent Partner - Hiring Manager interview - Technical task or presentation - Final on-site interview with senior leadership and co-founders We strive for a clear, efficient, and respectful process. ❖ Inclusion at Xelix We believe diverse backgrounds and experiences make us stronger.
