❖ About the Senior GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations Role
Webflow is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations to scale the intelligence, automation, and data infrastructure behind our go-to-market strategy. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you’ll architect and optimize systems that drive marketing, sales, and partner team performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain multi-system automation workflows for data enrichment, automated outreach, lifecycle progression, and field intelligence, with a focus on our partner and agency ecosystem.
- Develop and manage predictive scoring models using product signals, firmographic and behavioral data, and third-party enrichment to identify high-value targets.
- Lead data modeling and integration across platforms like Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, Clay, and Snowflake, ensuring a robust agency and service provider data layer.
- Implement automated outreach, lead lifecycle automation, and workflow optimizations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual handoffs.
- Monitor and optimize the cost and credit efficiency of automated workflows, including LLM usage, Clay runs, enrichment calls, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders in marketing, sales development, partnerships, and revenue operations to translate business needs into technical solutions, maintaining clear documentation.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and MCP integrations to enhance GTM intelligence, automation quality, and team productivity.
❖ What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (MAP), including complex object schemas and relational databases.
- Proven track record building automations in tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of automation cost mechanics, including Clay credit management, LLM API costs, and enrichment call efficiency.
- Experience building and consuming API and MCP integrations to connect systems and trigger workflows.
- Systems thinker with a builder’s mindset—comfortable moving from architecture to hands-on implementation.
- Demonstrated success in data enrichment for GTM motions, predictive scoring model development, and automation cost optimization.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Competitive base salary tailored to your geographic location:
- US Zone A: $162,500 - $195,000
- US Zone B: $153,000 - $184,000
- US Zone C: $143,000 - $172,000
- Canada (ON & BC): $177,000 - $213,000 CAD
