You’ll refactor existing systems, design scalable automations, and connect Sales, Marketing, and Finance through seamless integrations. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence in a B2B SaaS environment focused on pet health innovation. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Lead technical execution of end-to-end GTM system architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals - Build and optimize complex Salesforce Flows, prioritizing declarative configurations and using Apex only when necessary - Design and implement automated workflows across tools like Clay, Gong, and HubSpot to enhance the customer journey and cold outbound processes - Manage native and middleware integrations (Make.com, Zapier), evaluating current architecture and proposing scalable solutions - Execute sprint tasks, document requirements, manage UAT processes, and validate releases in close collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams ❖ What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of professional experience in technical GTM roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or PLG environments - Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I - Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM processes - Proven experience with Zuora (Finance), HubSpot (Marketing), and integration platforms like Make and Zapier - Strong technical skills in data modeling, APIs, and SQL - Advanced English communication (C1/C2), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders ❖ What We Offer - Competitive salary: $3,000 - $5,000 USD/month, based on experience - 100% remote work model (LatAm) - Work at the forefront of pet health technology, making a real impact - Modern tech stack: Clay, Gong, ChurnZero, Slack, Google Workspace - Flexible, goal-oriented work environment with a focus on deliverables Ready to make your mark as a Senior GTM Engineer in a mission-driven Pet Health startup?
