❖ The GTM Team
Beam’s GTM (Go-To-Market) team operates at the crossroads of sales, operations, growth, and automation. We design and optimize systems that power our company’s growth, from outbound infrastructure and inbound lead routing to CRM automation and process design. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with sales leadership, operations, product, and growth teams to drive pipeline generation and leverage automation for efficiency.
❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll support and scale Beam’s go-to-market operations and automation infrastructure. This role is perfect for early-career professionals who are proactive, resourceful, and passionate about using technology to streamline processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, and more, working on everything from inbound operations and outbound tooling to CRM workflows and sales process optimization.
You’ll start by partnering with our current GTM lead, quickly ramping up to take ownership of key workflows and systems. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and want real responsibility early in your career, you’ll find a steep learning curve and direct exposure to how modern AI-native companies operate.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain workflows across HubSpot and other GTM tools
- Support inbound lead routing, enrichment, and automation processes
- Manage outbound tooling and infrastructure using platforms like Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach
- Improve CRM organization, reporting, and operational workflows
- Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks using AI tools and no-code platforms
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to enhance execution and efficiency
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and proactively optimize systems
- Document processes and help create scalable internal systems
- Experiment with new tools, workflows, and automation ideas
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, growth, sales ops, GTM, or related technical/analytical roles
- Comfortable learning and working with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, Notion, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven learning mindset
- Highly proactive with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and modern startup operations
- Excitement for working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Familiarity with no-code tools and automations
- Exposure to outbound tooling or lead generation systems
- Basic understanding of APIs, workflows, or scripting
- Startup, internship, freelance, or side-project experience
- Interest in AI tools and agentic workflows
