As a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS, you’ll architect the outbound systems that fuel our growth—turning signals from hiring posts, ERP migrations, M&A, and leadership changes into high-converting sales pipelines.
❖ What You’ll Own
- Design and manage the agentic outbound stack, building multi-step sequences triggered by real buyer intent, not arbitrary schedules.
- Develop and optimize signal pipelines using LinkedIn, Apollo, Exa, Gong, Granola, and RFPs—ingesting, scoring, and routing leads to the right sales rep with tailored narratives.
- Oversee account scoring and CRM hygiene, ensuring Tier-1 accounts receive focus and HubSpot remains actionable for the sales team.
- Build internal tools with platforms like Claude Code and Cursor—creating dashboards, Slack bots, and ROI calculators that automate manual tasks and accelerate productivity.

- Hands-on experience shipping outbound systems or signal pipelines in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and a willingness to adopt any AI tool that drives results.
