❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll design, build, and optimize the systems that power outbound sales and revenue operations. This highly technical, revenue-facing position sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and engineering. You’ll implement scalable GTM infrastructure, automate workflows, and integrate tools to enable sales teams to excel.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain GTM systems across CRM, outbound tools, and data platforms
- Design and optimize automated outbound sales workflows and sequences
- Integrate CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), enrichment tools, and outreach platforms (Clay, Apollo, Outreach)
- Develop scripts and workflows to improve lead routing, scoring, and qualification
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance pipeline generation
- Ensure data integrity and manage system integrations using APIs and webhooks
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize GTM processes for conversion and efficiency
- Implement AI and automation solutions to elevate outbound and inbound strategies
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Operations roles
- Strong experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Clay, Outreach, and Apollo
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Deep understanding of outbound sales processes and lead generation
- Analytical mindset with experience working with sales data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
