❖ About the Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS at WorkMotion, you’ll transform our revenue operations by designing and automating the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. You’ll go beyond traditional operations, bridging technical engineering with revenue strategy to ensure our data, tools, and outreach are seamlessly integrated and hyper-personalized. Your expertise in HubSpot, Clay, and AI-driven automation will be key to unlocking scalable growth.
❖ What You’ll Own
- Signal Engineering: Use Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to detect high-intent buying signals and fuel cold outbound campaigns.
- Revenue Architecture: Manage bi-directional data flows between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack, ensuring accurate field mapping and flawless tracking.
- Growth Intelligence: Build predictive lead scoring, identify complex buying centers, and optimize AI credit usage with smart caching logic.
- Workflow Automation: Develop systems that verify data, surface niche criteria, and trigger timely BDR alerts based on behavioral insights from HockeyStack.
- Agentic Enablement: Create AI agents that research company data and draft personalized briefings for Account Executives.
❖ What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’re a systems thinker who thrives on eliminating manual processes and building scalable workflows.
- Deep experience with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs), Clay, and automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier.
- Skilled in web scraping, API integrations, and leveraging LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) for structured data extraction.
- Proven ability to manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups and work with attribution tools such as HockeyStack or Dreamdata.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for uncovering trends and signals that drive pipeline growth.
- 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
