As a GTM Engineer at Creem, you’ll architect and implement scalable systems that power our B2B SaaS growth. You’ll design and automate GTM workflows, integrate tools like HubSpot and Clay, and create seamless customer touchpoints that accelerate onboarding and engagement. Your work will directly influence how new users experience and adopt our platform.

- Own the customer acquisition and onboarding journey, building systems that solve critical business growth challenges.
- Prioritize and deliver automation solutions that maximize marketing and sales impact, focusing on high-value opportunities first.
- Develop innovative approaches to market positioning, community engagement, and product storytelling.

- Transform traditional GTM activities—like campaign management and conversion optimization—through creative engineering and automation.
- Champion customer empathy, fostering engagement and translating feedback into product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with founders, taking on founder-level responsibility and influence in shaping Creem’s market presence.
