The Role We are looking for a Cold Email Specialist who lives and breathes outbound. This is not a generic VA role. We’re looking for someone who understands the entire cold email ecosystem — from inbox infrastructure and deliverability to copy testing and reply optimization. You should be the type of person who obsesses over open rates, reply rates, inbox placement, and scaling campaigns without burning domains. What You’ll Be Responsible For Cold Email Campaign Execution Build and launch cold email campaigns across multiple client accounts Write and test high-performing cold email copy Run A/B tests across messaging angles, CTAs, and sequences Optimize campaigns based on real performance data Deliverability & Infrastructure Set up and manage sending infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warmup) Monitor inbox placement, domain reputation, and sending limits Diagnose deliverability issues and resolve them quickly Maintain healthy sending environments at scale Campaign Scaling Operate campaigns across multiple inboxes and domains Scale outreach while maintaining reply quality Implement sending schedules, inbox rotation, and sequencing logic Lead Data & Enrichment Build and manage targeted prospect lists Use tools like Apollo, Clay, or similar enrichment platforms Ensure high-quality targeting and segmentation Performance Tracking Track metrics such as: Reply rates Positive responses Booked meetings Deliverability indicators Continuously refine campaigns based on performance. Required Skills We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on cold email infrastructure experience. Must have: Strong experience using Instantly AI Proven experience running multi-inbox cold email campaigns Strong understanding of email deliverability Experience managing domains, inbox warmup, and sending limits Cold email copywriting skills Experience with Apollo, Clay, or enrichment workflows Ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously Nice to have: Agency outbound experience Experience managing 100+ inbox infrastructure Experience with AI-assisted copy testing Familiarity with outbound analytics tools What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: Campaigns launched successfully Infrastructure stable and scalable Deliverability maintained at healthy levels Reply rates consistently improving Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for someone who: Has run cold email campaigns at scale Understands deliverability deeply Is obsessed with improving reply rates Thinks like a growth operator, not an assistant If you believe you are the type of person who can build and scale cold email infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.
