This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business and directly influence revenue outcomes. ❖ Role Overview: GTM Engineer (Clay Specialist) As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and operationalize advanced outbound and lead enrichment workflows. Your expertise in Clay will be central—designing complex tables, integrating multiple data providers, leveraging AI agents, and building webhook connections to deliver prioritized, actionable data to the sales team. You’ll connect Clay outputs with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and BI platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality pipeline generation. This is not a list-building role. You’ll act as a GTM strategist, mapping enterprise SaaS buying committees, identifying intent signals, and translating insights into automated, measurable workflows. Your work will directly empower SDR and AE teams with enriched, scored, and routed leads. ❖ What Success Looks Like - By month one: Audit the GTM stack, identify high-impact workflows, and launch at least two signal-based outbound plays - By month three: Own the inbound and outbound data layer, with sales teams relying on your enrichment and scoring logic - Drive measurable pipeline impact through technical ownership and strategic GTM thinking ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and ship advanced Clay tables using conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, and API integrations - Build and maintain outbound and lead enrichment systems for B2B SaaS pipeline growth - Integrate Clay with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), sequencers (Outreach, Salesloft), Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, Slack, and BI tools - Diagnose funnel issues and optimize data quality, targeting, messaging, and routing logic - Present workflow designs and results to senior commercial stakeholders - Maintain clear documentation and proactively update stakeholders ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles - Expert-level proficiency in Clay, including advanced table architecture and API/webhook integrations - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling - Proven track record building outbound or enrichment systems that drive pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment - Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, Slack) - Comfortable with API calls, webhooks, JSON, and JavaScript - Excellent English communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders - Self-management skills and ability to own workflows end-to-end - Full-time availability, 9AM-6PM Sydney time, Monday to Friday - Reliable internet, suitable hardware, and a quiet workspace ❖ Compensation & Growth - $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, based on experience and output - 90-day review for rate adjustment based on workflow quality and pipeline impact - Top-tier compensation for senior operators with deep Clay and GTM expertise - Direct engagement with a leading SaaS company, real ownership of GTM infrastructure, and a clear progression path - Access to future opportunities through the Reef network ❖ Ready to Make an Impact?
