Your expertise in Clay will be central—designing complex Clay tables, integrating multiple data providers, AI agents, and webhooks to surface high-value accounts and contacts that match precise ICPs. You’ll connect Clay outputs to the broader GTM stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and BI tools, ensuring the sales team has prioritized, actionable data every day. ❖ What You’ll Do - Audit and optimize the existing GTM stack, identifying high-leverage workflows - Build and deploy signal-based outbound plays and account scoring models - Map enterprise SaaS buying committees and trigger events to drive cold outbound - Own the inbound and outbound data layer, ensuring SDR and AE teams trust your enrichment and routing logic - Collaborate directly with sales, marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to translate GTM strategy into automated, measurable workflows ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles - Expert-level proficiency in Clay: complex table architecture, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling - Proven track record building outbound or lead enrichment systems that drive measurable pipeline impact in B2B SaaS - Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, Slack - Comfortable with API calls, webhooks, JSON, and extending Clay’s capabilities - Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders - Ability to self-manage documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder updates - Full-time availability, 9AM-6PM Sydney time, Monday to Friday - Reliable internet, suitable hardware, and a quiet workspace ❖ Compensation & Growth - $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, based on experience and output quality - 90-day rate review based on workflow quality, pipeline impact, and stakeholder feedback - Top-tier compensation for senior operators with deep Clay and enterprise SaaS GTM expertise - Direct engagement with a fast-growing SaaS company and a clear progression path as the GTM Engineering function scales - Stable full-time income, predictable hours, and access to future opportunities through the Reef network Ready to take ownership of GTM infrastructure and make a measurable impact on revenue?
